ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2021 and consequentially forbearing the first respondent from passing preventive detention order

2. On perusal of the representation dated 21.02.2021, it is seen that that the petitioner has requested the first respondent not to pass preventive detention order against her husband and also requested the first respondent to conduct investigation after verifying the CCTV footages of the third respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's husband involved in 26 previous cases and he is a history sheeted rowdy and only to prevent the respondents from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No.3575 of 2022 taking action as against her husband, a false representation has been submitted by the petitioner before the first respondent.

4. The representation submitted by the petitioner that too with innocuous prayer cannot be considered.

5. Hence the Writ Petition dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs.
