ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20851 of 2024, dated 08.01.2025.

2. Ms. K. Sasi Prabha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation. He further submits that 7 previous cases pending against the petitioner.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition No.7(b) already imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD). No.20851 of 2024, dated 08.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am apart from the hearing date until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
