ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that final decree was taken up in I.A.No.136 1/3

of 2015, in which the revision petitioner also participated. Final decree was passed by the order dated 10.12.2019 itself. Thereafter there was no appeal by the revision petitioner. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.

2.In view of the above, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
