ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, dated 21-01-2020 in I.A.No.716 of 2018 in AS.SR.No.322 of 2018. 2.The matter is listed today under the caption 'for clarification', at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, vide order dated 11.12.2025, had allowed the above Civil Revision Petition on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 5,000/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 05.01.2026. Since the time for payment of Rs.5,000/- had expired, he prays for appropriate orders.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time for payment of Rs.5,000/- is extended till 23.01.2026. 12.01.2026 mm 2/4
