KALEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition and investigation has not been completed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 2nd petitioner is a woman having one year child and other petitioners are working in Dindigul District and they have to travel more than 40 kms daily for complying the conditions.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges and also the 2nd petitioner is a woman, the earlier condition is relaxed in respect of the 2nd petitioner alone and the other petitioners are directed to continue to comply with the condition once in a week until further orders. sd/- 04/09/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
