RESPONDENT/PETITIONER Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the learned judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam to permit the petitioner to withdraw the interim maintenance amount of Rs. 25000/- which has been deposited by the respondent to the credit of M.C.No.15 of 2017 on the file of the Learned Judicical Magistrate, Thirumangalam in pursuant to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in CRL MP(MD) No.5063 of 2019 in CRL RC(MD) No.344 of 2019 dated 12.06.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.F.X.EUGENE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam to permit the petitioner to withdraw the interim maintenance amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), which has been deposited by the respondent to the credit of M.C.No.15 of 2017.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), which has been deposited by the respondent in M.C.No.15 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.
