This petition has been filed to transfer a case in C.C.No.194 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur to a Court of equal Jurisdiction at Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli-2.

2.No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that already the case in C.C.No.194 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur, Thoothukudi District, was disposed of on 08.11.2017 and all the accused were acquitted. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
