O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Corporation to incorporate the name of the petitioner's son in the birth certificate issued on 20.10.1985, by considering the representation dated 22.01.2026.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, her son was born on 17.10.1985, and at the relevant point of time, his name was not incorporated in the birth certificate. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.01.2026 to the respondent Corporation, enclosing all the relevant documents. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2026, along with the enclosures, and pass orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
