PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1711 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner / Accused No.1, who was arrested on 04.09.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307, 379, 302, 201, 212, 120(b), 149 of I.P.C. and 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.1711 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
3. Earlier bail application filed by the petitioner herein dated 04.02.2022 came to be dismissed by this court on the ground that the petitioner is having bad antecedents and he is also having six previous cases.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is having two murder cases at his credit and non bailable warrant has also been issued against him. He would further submit that the matter is now kept pending.

5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, charges were not framed so far.
6. Since the trial Court has taken cognizance and charges also are going to be framed by the trial Court, the petitioner can very well approach the trial Court for grant of bail and the Court while dealing with the bail application, if filed, may decide the same without being influenced by any of the observations made by this Court in this petition.
7.with the aforesaid direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
