ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking transfer the investigation in Crime No.234 of 2025 from the third respondent police to second respondent police.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the father of the deceased, who died in an accident and a crime No.234 fo 2024 has been registered for the offences under Sections 281 and 125(a) of the BNS. He further submitted that after the registration of the crime, there has been no progress in the investigation. Hence, he seeks the indulgence of this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the investigation is going on and the same is concluded shortly.

4. In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to conduct the investigation and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation on a weekly basis.
5. With the above directions, this criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
