ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P. VELMURUGAN. J.) Alleging disobedience of the order dated 23.01.2023 made in W.P.(MD). 16045 of 2015, this Contempt Petition is filed. 2.
The learned Additional Advocate General would submit that in respect of S.Nos.101 and 226, encroachments have been removed as directed by this Court. However, the encroachers in S.No.225 have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing Special Leave to Appeal Nos.31940-31943/2025 and the Apex Court by order dated 10.11.2025 had granted an order of status quo and therefore, the contemnors are unable to remove the encroachments in the said survey number. 3.
