Today, when the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the fourth respondent that by an order dated 04.12.2019, the first respondent had directed the petitioner to have her right declared to the property in question and he would submit that such a declaration has not been obtained to date. The above

statement is recorded. However, since there is no representation for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
