RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P. (MD).2729/2017 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.1863 of 2017 order dated 03.04.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly on every Monday from 17.04.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police, as and when required.
