ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking direction against the Respondent Police not to harass the Petitioner on the pretext of enquiry and not to interfere in the civil dispute, based on the complaint of the fifth Respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions of the Respondent Police would submit that the CSR had been closed based on the apology expressed by the Petitioner regarding civil dispute. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and based on the undertaking given by the Petitioner, the parties are directed to approach the Civil Court.
