Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is the second anticipatory bail application. The first anticipatory bail application was dismissed on 09.01.2015.

2. The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner along with others had collected Rs.15 lakhs from four persons on the promise that he will get them jobs as Sub Inspectors and Inspectors in the Police Department.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is a Government Servant and he is falsely implicated.

4. On a reading of FIR, it is seen that the defacto complainant has clearly stated that this petitioner along with others had even given them bogus appointment orders and asked them to join at Periyar Maligai and the poor villagers have been cheated by this petitioner and others.

5.Taking into consideration the serious nature of allegation against this petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
