2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 16.06.2016. 3.There is no representation for the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition only from 16.06.2016, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner and accordingly this petition is dismissed.
