: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.144/Aa2/2016 dated 08.03.2016 on the file of the respondent No.3 and consequently impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4563/A3/2016 dated 08.03.2017 on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and to consequently issue a direction, directing the respondent No.1 to rectify the pay anomaly of petitioner in parity with his juniors drawing higher pay, along with all consequential benefits within the time period stipulated by this Court.
