O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filled challenging the order of learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichirapalli passed in Cr.M.P.No.65 of 2015 in Crime No.455 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. In granting the relief of bail, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy has required the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1 crore in the account of his principal / de-facto complainant. Such onerous condition cannot be imposed and straight away it is to be set aside. This Criminal Original Petition shall stand allowed and the requirements of this petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.1 crore shall be deleted. In other respects, the order of the Court below will prevail. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
