ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to call for the records and quash the First Information Report Crime No.425 of 2021 dated 25.09.2021 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of police, Palanichettypatti Police Station, Theni District as against the Petitioners for offences under sections 147, 294(b), 341, 323 & 379.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.425 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and the same is not yet taken cognizance.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
