Colony, Kalappakulam Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District by considering her representation, dated 29.12.2021, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue the pattas for the petitioner's property in house Plot No.36, comprised in Natham S.No.620/1 measuring an extent of 9.375 cents situated at Bharthidasan Street, N.G.O.A. Colony, Kalappakulam Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District by considering her application, dated 29.12.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that she is the absolute owner of the aforementioned property. She has also filed the sale deed dated 15.04.2021, which is standing in her name for the aforementioned property. She has submitted an application on 29.12.2021, seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the aforementioned property. W.P.(MD)No.3584 of 2022 3.Heard Mr.S.Mandhiralingeswaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the aforementioned property is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 29.12.2021, seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the property being house Plot No.36, comprised in Natham S.No.620/1 measuring an extent of 9.375 cents situated at Bharthidasan Street, N.G.O.A. Colony, Kalappakulam Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
