ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal No.4810/2016 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, he has filed an appeal under Section 20 (3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 before the first respondent against the order passed by the second respondent on 01.06.2016. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 01.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
