RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 6858 of 2016 dated 13.06.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6858 of 2016, dated 13.06.2016, by this Court.

2.It is averred in the petition that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions and the petitioners have been directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners are complying with the condition from 15.06.2016. 3.Originally the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.07.2015 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13151 of 2015, but the petitioners did not execute the sureties before the learned Magistrate within the stipulated time and therefore the said order was expired and thereafter the petitioners filed another petition for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6858 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 06.06.2016 granted anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners with a specific condition to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. Now the petitioners have come up with the present petition for relaxation on the ground that they are complying with the condition from 15.06.2016.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition only from 17.06.2016.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition only from 17.06.2016, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 06.06.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6858 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
