ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 13.02.2025 under Section 483(1)(b) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 praying to modify the condition imposed upon them in Crl.M.P.No.325 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.
