Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the Time in Crl.OP(MD)No.23144 of 2016 dated 20.12.2016 for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ABIYA, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.P.Kandasamy, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.This Court by order dated 20.12.2016 granted anticipatory bail, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready. The copy was made ready on 06.01.2017 and the petitioner failed to comply with the condition within the stipulated time and this petition is filed on 23.01.2017 with a delay of 2 days.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, 10 days time is granted for complying the condition from the date on which the order copy is made ready on condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs.300/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
