ORDER

Seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide compassionate appointment to the petitioner on the basis of her application, dated 25.06.2014, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

3.The petitioner's husband was working as an Office Assistant in the second respondent Office and due to his ill-health, he died in the year 2012. Hence, she applied for compassionate appointment on 23.07.2014, which was followed by a reminder, dated 25.03.2015, along with all relevant documents. Since, her application has not been considered so far, the present writ petition has been filed with the above prayer.

petitioner would be addressed on merits.

5.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits, directs respondents to consider the petitioner's applications, dated 23.07.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.In view of the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
