Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 8198 of 2016 in Crime No. 114 of 2016 on the file of the Respondent, dated 19.05.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ANBARASAN,Government Advocate(Crl.Side),on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8198 of 2016, dated 19.05.2016, by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 04.06.2016. 3.There is no representation for the petitioners. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition only from 04.06.2016, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners and accordingly this petition is dismissed.
