This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C,praying for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.82 of 2015 pending on the file of the third respondent police to some other competent officer under the supervision of the second respondent and thereby filing the final report against the accused persons.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in the case in Crime No.82 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent registered for offences under Sections 323 and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 particularly for the reason that despite the petitioner's request the accused stands not arrested and the charge sheet has not been filed.
