Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.KAVINPRASATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.11822 of 2021 in Crl.OP(MD) No.17326/2021, dated 23.12.2021, wherein this petitioner was directed to appear before the concerned Magistrate once in a month on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having life threat and that is why the earlier order to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi was modified and the petitioner was directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai.

3.He would further submit that the petitioner has filed another modification petition to modify the condition directing him to appear before the respondent Police.

CRL MP(MD) No.2921 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is having life threat from his relatives.

5.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai on the first working day of every suceeding English calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.
