To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A 2/44901/2015 dated 24.12.2015 and further direct him to fix the petitioners service period commencing from 09.06.1993 and to give promotion and other benefits for the same. ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.VEERA KATHIRAVAN, Additional Advocate General assisted by MR.T.AMJADKHAN, Government Pleader for the petitioner and none appeared either in person or by an advocateon behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 423 days in filing the W.A.SR.(MD) No.11897 of 2024.
2. We have gone through the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Though normally we are not inclined to condone such inordinate delay, considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, we are inclined to condone the delay on payment of cost. Therefore, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of High Court Legal Services Authority attached with this Bench, which is to be paid by the 3rd petitioner on or before 02.04.2024.
