ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9396 of 2022, dated 06.02.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that as per the order of this Court dated 06.02.2024, the investigation has been completed in Crime No.244 of 2022 and charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Madurai as "action dropped" on 10.07.2025.

3. In view of the compliance made by the respondent / contemnor, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and the same stands closed.
