2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under section 174 of Cr.P.C. @ into Section 304-A of I.P.C., in Crime No.63 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.209 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Gudur, Andra Pradesh. Non Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner on account of his abscondance.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the first respondent has not received any request from the second respondent in this regard.

6. Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
