This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.160 of 2020 of Vilakkuthone Police Station, Madurai City.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police after concluding the investigation in Crime No.160 of 2020, laid a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in C.C.No.59 of 2021. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
