ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.27831 of 2024, dated 18.07.2025.

2. Mr.Omprakash, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings No.e/f/301200/2024 bjhntTr dated 27.11.2025 issued by the 3rd respondent purported to be in compliance with the order passed by this Court.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said order is not in true spirit of the order passed by the Court and the said proceedings came to be issued on the same lines which was the subject matter of consideration before this Court in W.P.(MD) No.27831 of 2024.

This Court after having perused the order dated 18.07.2025 passed by the Court and the proceedings dated 27.11.2025 is of the considered view that the respondent has complied with the order passed by the Court. However, taking into consideration of the objections raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the said proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent, independently, in case if petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings.
