ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No. Not Known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Since no regular case has been registered, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail on 18.02.2015 for a period of two weeks to the petitioners with a direction to appear before the respondent police.

4. Today, the respondent police is present and filed a status report, in which in paragraph Nos.4 and 5, it is stated as follows: "4. It is humbly submitted that on the basis of the above said facts, the respondent police closed the petition enquiry and dropped the further action. Further the defacto complainant did not cause any injuries.
