ORDER

The petitioner is a retired employee of the respondent Society. The petitioner with a grievance that his retirement benefits has not been settled has filed this writ petition.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by referring to the proceedings of the Secretary, submits that the entire amount due to this petitioner has already been settled. The calculation memo has also been enclosed with the communication dated 27.02.2026.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the communication, if he is still having any grievance. There shall be no order as to costs. 27.02.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes gns 2/4
