This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct an enquiry to ascertain the lawful owners of the property situated in Survey Nos.27/1, 2, 3 of Ponnangudi Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District and consequently forbearing the respondents from disbursing the compensation amount to any other person by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2020.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Prasanna Rajadurai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and M/s.Porkodi Kannan, learned counsel representing M/s.Polax Legal Solution for fourth respondent.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the subject property was originally purchased by one Muthaiah Nadar and Samuel Naadar on 11.08.1946 under Document No.4230/1946. The petitioner herein claiming himself as one of the descendants of Muthiah Nadar. It appears that the petitioner also filed a civil suit seeking partition of his half share in O.S.No.63 of 2019 on the file of Additional District Court, Tirunelveli. Since the representation submitted by the petitioner has not been considered, he has come before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, by drawing the attention of the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent, would submit that the amounts have already been disbursed in favour of respondents 4 and 5.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the amounts have already been paid to respondents 4 and 5, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. It is for the petitioner to workout his remedy before the civil Court in the manner known to law.

6. With these clarification, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
