PRAYER : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Principal Subordinate Court, Dindigul to dispose the H.M.O.P. No.38 of 2016 within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.38 of 2016 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that H.M.O.P.No.38 of 2016 is filed in the year 2016 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Since H.M.O.P.No.38 of 2016 is of the year 2016, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P. No.38 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
