ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2018 and to issue the income certificate for the period from 29.03.2016 to 04.06.2016.

2.According to the petitioner, his father was working as a Head Constable in the Tamil Nadu Police Department and he expired on 14.08.2002 and for the purpose of getting family pension, the petitioner has approached the Accountant General Office. The Accountant General directed the petitioner to get income certificate from the competent authority. Hence, the petitioner has filed an application before the respondent/Tahsildar on 31.01.2018, seeking income certificate. So far, the application has not been considered. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 31.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
