ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation of the complaint dated 28.12.2021 from the third respondent and entrust the investigation to file of the fourth and fifth respondent on the basis of petitioner's present complaint dated 18.01.2022 or any other competent authority.

2. Admittedly no case has been registered on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 18.01.2022 so far. Before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5410 of 2022 registration of the First Information Report no investigation arises. Therefore there is no question of transfer of investigation.
