PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to quash the charge sheet filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel in Charge Sheet in C.C.No.188 of 2013 in Crime No.10 of 2011 on the file of the All Women Police Station Colachel, Kanyakumari District insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel in Charge Sheet in C.C.No.188 of 2013 in Crime No.10 of 2011 on the file of the All Women Police Station Colachel, Kanyakumari District insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the case in C.C.No.188 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel has already been quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1721 of 2014, dated 18.03.2015. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
