This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari by calling for the entire records pertaining to the proceedings in O.A.No.23 of 2012 pending on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Act cases at Madurai and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
