RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time granted in the order made in M. P. (MD) No. 3 of 2015 in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 17234 of 2015 dated 24.11.2015 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S J.LAWRANCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANNITHEVAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed for extension of time granted by this Court in M.P.(MD).No.3 of 2015 Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17234 of 2015 dated 24.11.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
2. This Court, by order dated 12.10.2015, granted anticipatory bail
to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners should appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. Even though the order copy made ready, the petitioner did not execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai within the time limit granted by this Court. Therefore, he has filed a petition in M.P.(MD).No.2 of 2015 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17234 of 2015 for extension of time. This Court by order dated 05.11.2015 extended the time for a period of two weeks. Subsequently, the petitioner did not execute the sureties before the Court concerned within the time limit. Again, the petitioner has filed another petition in M.P.(MD).No.3 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.
17234 of 2015 for extension of time. This Court by order dated 24.11.2015 extended the time till 08.12.2015. Despite granting of extension of time, the petitioner did not execute the sureties before the Court concerned within the time limit. Therefore, he has filed the present petition for extension of time.
3. In view of the above, this Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
