O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.686 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.106 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 452, 324 & 506(i) IPC, later altered under Sections 294(b), 452, 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC against the petitioner.

3. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has to go abroad on job basis, on that ground this petition has been filed.

4. If it is so, the petitioner can approach the concerned trial Court and get proper permission to visit abroad. After getting proper permission from the concerned trial Court, his future appearance before the trial Court will be dispensed.

5. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
