This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 29.10.2014 as an F.I.R. and further direct them to investigate into the matter and to file a final report within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.5 of 2015 has been registered on 16.02.2015 for the offences under Sections 66 (A), 66(D) of Information Technology Amendment Act 420, 465, 468 and 471 of I.P.C.
