ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the third respondent to release the Tipper Lorry bearing registration No.TN 63-AC-9851, seized by the respondents 2 and 3 on 16.12.2017.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already a criminal case has been registered against the petitioner and the vehicle in question has already been produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai.

3.In the above circumstances, no direction can be issued in this writ petition as sought for by the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to file necessary application before the concerned Court, seeking return of the vehicle in question. No costs.
