The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, already F.I.R has been registered as against the fourth and fifth respondents and the investigation is under progress in Crime No.5 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thirupparankundram, Madurai and in Crime No.117 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thirupparankundram(C&O).

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
