ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenue viz., Sethu Manikandan, aged about 35 years, before this Court set her at liberty on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 19.02.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the second respondent secured the petitioner's husband and handed over to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
