2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that they completed the investigation and they will file a final report within two weeks.

Since the respondent has completed the investigation and seeks time to file final report, it is appropriate to direct the respondent to file a final report within a period of two (2) weeks before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
