Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 109 IPC, in Crime No.15 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that one Rathina had pledged her jewels with the accused and obtained a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and after re-payment of the amount, the accused failed give back the jewels.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner was regularly appeared before the Mediation Centre and the de-facto complainant does not appear and the petitioner is an innocent and he is falsely implicated in this case.

4.Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as per order of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police more than 10 hearings between 19.02.2014 and 14.04.2015. It is further submitted that except the de-facto complainant, no other persons have given complaint against the accused.

5. Considering the above said submissions, the interim anticipatory bail already granted on 01.04.2015 by this Court is

made regular. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
