ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the case in D.V.C.No.1 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I. Virudhunagar.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Though the petition has been filed to quash the case in D.V.C.No.1 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Virudhunagar, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that it is suffice, if the appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with, until and unless the same is required by the Court and considering the pendency of the cases, a direction is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ issued to the learned Magistrate to dispose of the case in D.V.C.No.1

of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
